Anna Bella Zawahir

Anna Bella Zawahir is a freelance writer and editor in Brooklyn, New York. She has written for Medscape and Columbia University Medical Center, developing content on sleep, behavioral and cardiovascular health, and new methods for evaluating medical students. She has also created disease awareness materials for patients recovering from opioid use disorder. Most recently, Anna worked with the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, translating research results for patients and clinicians. Anna is a regular contributor to Psychiatry Advisor.
