Program Description

Review and participate in this clinical discussion between a patient and her primary care provider as they discuss the challenges associated with increasing migraine severity and how to approach the management issues of selecting the best treatment approach for the acute and preventive treatment needs.

Intended Audience

Primary care providers who are physicians, pharmacists, and physician assistants who provide care to patients with migraine

Educational Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  • Develop a migraine action plan that will foster therapeutic adherence and optimize treatment to prevent future migraine episodes
